Castlegate has a number of rules and restrictions to make sure the community maintains a consistant and uniform look of natural beauty and luxury. The rules also protect the property values of all property owners, benefiting the community as a whole. Minimum Square Footage and Building Requirements
All single family dwellings shall contain no less than 1,200 square feet of enclosed living space, exclusive of all porches, decks, and garages. A minimum of 60% masonry is required and masonry includes stucco, brick, and rock but does not include hardy-board siding. A minimum of 8 and 12 roof pitch is required on all dwellings. The set back requirements are 25 feet on the front, 20 feet on the back, and 5 feet on the sides.
Architectural Control Committee
All architectural plans, including site plans must be submitted prior to construction. Every effort will be made to provide a response within 72 hours of submission. Landscaping must be substantial and meet the approval of the Architectural Control Committee and the committee may require submission of landscaping plans for approval in some instances.
Garage Orientation
No lot shall have improvements erected which do not provide for a minimum of a two vehicle garage. All garage doors shall have additional detail above and beyond standard panel garage doors, in accordance with the standards of the Architectural Control Committee.

Homeowner's Association
The Castle Rock Owners’ Association annual dues are $500 and is a highly deed restricted community. The dues are primarily for, but not limited to, maintenance of the common areas and entrance, utilities, taxes, insurance, community events and education, other operating expenses as outlined in the CCR’s and future maintenance of community pool and amenities.
